  I needed to pick up my child's medication on Christmas Eve and had a few questions, two actually, when was it called in by her Doctor? and how late is the store open today? The Pharmacist, Dennis Tito, was extremely snappy, hung up on me because he was busy, and when I called back and asked for a manager he told me he was the Pharmacist and manager and he was very busy so I should just "get my ass down there". So, I did just that and spoke with the Store Manager, Lisa, who might I mention is a very pleasant women and listened to my concern regarding Dennis and how he was representing the Rite Aid brand in a negative way. I told Lisa of my experience and Mr. Tito decided, while he was with another customer to scream across the isle at me, "Yeah that is me you are talking about" then walked by us giving me a long stare down. I said to Lisa, "can you accompany me to the window to get the prescription because I need a witness or third party here with this man, he's glaring at me as we talk and being very intimidating" Dennis proceeds to scream again in front of customers "I'M NOT STARING AT YOU LADY!" WOW! An educated man, who we should be able to rely on and trust for guidance regarding our health and life ACTUALLY CONDUCTS himself like this at work. Really disappointing. Lisa and I approached the Pharmacy counter and Dennis got about two inches from me, I'm assuming in hopes to scare me or make me squirm. I said "Hello, I need to pick up my child prescription" he said "OK", and got the medication and started in on me again with the arguing. I quickly stopped him and said, "Clearly we have had a miscommunication that has snowballed, I'd like to get the medication and leave." He apologized and I asked "when you apologize are you apologizing for hanging up on me, telling me to "GET MY ASS DOWN HERE", yelling at me in the store and referring to me as "LADY", or the miscommunication we had?" He said "All of the above because its Christmas after all." I am disgusted at the way I was treated by this man and no one in my family or circle of friends will ever use Rite Aid due to this Pharmacists behavior.
